MOVEMENT+YOGA

You are designed to move: a man’s body is designed to walk 12 miles a day. A woman’s body is designed to walk nine miles a day, but movement does not have to be sustained nor strenuous to counteract the effects of a sedentary lifestyle.

How often do you feel light and agile on your feet? My approach to levity and longevity starts with a healthy hydration habit and nutrient-dense foods. Discover a diet that suits your unique genome and exposome (your genetic makeup in relationship to your environment). I also refer clients to some of North America’s most exclusive functional medicine practices for micronutrient testing, biological age clocks and genetic screening.

MINDSET+MINDFULNESS

You are a powerful creator. Thoughts are things, and therefore, your mind is the single most powerful tool for health.
